New Year, New Beginnings

While things were really busy leading up to the end of 2015, there is no sign of anything slowing down for 2016 - and that is a GOOD thing!

To begin with - I don't make resolution's.  I view every day as an opportunity to learn and grow and try something new. Doesn't necessarily mean that I do anything really differently every day, just that I am open to new thoughts, ideas, feelings or things. Sometimes new beginnings coincide with the beginning of a new year or a new month, or a new moon. Big or small doesn't matter, it needn't be something earth shattering. Just know it's different for all of us and whatever that 'new' is for you, embrace it.

My new this year is that I signed up for a workshop that concluded this weekend on an amazing process called PSYCH-K.

PSYCH-K was developed by a gentleman named Rob Williams and is fully supported by Dr. Bruce Lipton, a world renowned cell biologist & author of "The Biology of Belief" and "The Honeymoon Effect." Dr. Lipton's ground breaking body of work is based on the belief that our thoughts and beliefs impact our cells and lives and has been recognized around the world. I won't go into grand and glorious detail here - mainly because there is a lot of information already available online, but also because I am still absorbing the science behind it all. And unlike a lot of 'healing' modalities, there  really is a LOT of scientific research to back this process up.

I was told by friends that this would be life changing and so, not without a fair bit of skepticism, I showed up for the workshop on Saturday morning. I was able to spend the entire weekend participating in learning and experiencing this process and have to say I am really impressed. It was an honour to be able to watch people transform their beliefs and see instant changes in them. I am also, as I write this, experience some shifts in my perceptions and beliefs and looking forward to doing much more.

So - have you ever wondered why even though you faithfully follow the Secret nothing really seems to change? Or even though they are beautiful and our conscious mind loves them, just faithfully repeating positive affirmations usually ends up with nothing changing for you? Do you ever feel confused or frustrated because you just can't figure out why it seems to work for others and not you?

The easy answer is that something in your subconscious is not in agreement, or congruent with your conscious thoughts. The analogy used this weekend was that of using a hand powered rail cart (your conscious mind) trying to move forward, while your super-nuclear-powered locomotive of subconscious is going in the other direction. Which do you think will win?

The PSYCH-K process easily and almost effortlessly makes that shift for you. You don't have to believe it - you just need to trust it. The process is so simple, gentle and elegant and yet so profound that it is indescribable. Just know that if you want to change your life, you need to change the core beliefs that are so ingrained in your subconscious that you are not even aware of them.

With new, quantifiable information and processes like PSYCH-K gaining more recognition, it is hard to not look forward with excitement and encouragement.

To book your PSYCH-K session call or email and join me in a new and wonderful today. One where you finally free yourself from limitations and negative beliefs. Make 2016 a truly New Year for yourself!
